As a customer of Anderson Fuel for many, many years, I have found the entire company to be utterly professional. We have used a 10-month budget account and have never once run short of oil. Our annual maintenance agreement has led to prompt and thorough inspections each year, and these have insured that there have been very few service calls during the year. Whenever our furnace has needed service, the repairman has arrived promptly – even nights and weekends – with parts on hand to fix the problem immediately. The inspectors, repairmen, and delivery men are pleasant to deal with. The office staff couldn’t be more pleasant or more efficient in tracking payments, posting monthly reports, and fielding repair calls. All in all, we would gladly continue to rely on Anderson Fuel.

We moved to Scituate 23

We moved to Scituate 23 years ago and have been with Anderson Fuel since then. The services performed (boiler replacement, AC repairs, boiler maintenance, heating fuel delivery, etc.) and their service people are top-notch in all respects. Most recently we have had a new split-type AC and heating unit installed (again, excellent service and follow-up). Local and very dependable.

Anderson Fuel (and Frank Smith)

Anderson Fuel (and Frank) did a first rate job with our rather urgent and significant oil tank leak. Frank advised us on a new tank and arranged for unbelievably prompt outsourcing to Atlantic Services to install a new one in just one business day. Atlantic Services were also terrific and not a drop of oil was spilled (we have no bulkhead so the only access was through the house and down the cellar stairs). We’ve had Anderson take care of us for 20+ years, and they do a wonderful job. Can’t say enough about them.

Anderson Fuel consistently provides high quality, thorough, kind, and knowledgeable service, regardless of the time of day. Most recently Anderson helped us evaluate our needs for a new thermostat system, and ultimately selected and installed a wireless thermostat solution in time for the winter weather. We now have better control over the heating system of our home, and can access the thermostats anywhere through our smartphones.
